Just in time for her 10 month birthday, and after several months of assuming the crawling position only to collapse into a heap of whining, Norah has finally started crawling. Yay Norah! She has been scooting around on her tummy (usually backwards) for a week or so, fascinated that she can move, but frustrated that she wasn't getting where she wanted. Thursday, January 29, 2009. 18 Week Baby Bump. These were taken last Friday at 18 weeks, 2 days. That Saturday, I finally broke down and hit up the maternity store for work clothes.sigh! The situation with work pants is getting a little, um, uncomfortable, but I can't find anywhere that carries long maternity work pants (Gap has 1 pair and they are out of my size! Wednesday, April 29, 2009. Sorry- I've been on a blogging hiatus. So much has been going on and I have been exhausted lately. Thank goodness, only eight weeks to go (hopefully sooner, fingers crossed! I had all of my guests write the date and time they thought Norah would be born. Monday, April 19, 2010. Here Fishy Fishy Fishy. Norah spent part of Sunday afternoon checking out the fish pond, now that Chris (our lone remaining Koi) has come out of hiding. It's pretty convenient that we set up the fence to keep the dogs and cranes from fishing in our pond it pulls double duty keeping a little girl out as well. She's not wild about the way the dirty patio feels on her feet. But with Lila's enouragement, she gets used to it. And for those of you who care, the 10 month stats are:.

Monday, February 23, 2009. We saw the specialist on Friday, and she's pretty sure that Norah's going to be just fine. After a good 30 min of ultrasound, she found nothing to be concerned about, all of her organs look perfect and she saw no indication of any defects, so we're very relieved!
