Cooking roasts in a pizza oven. Potatoes I started first in the middle of the oven to crisp up about 20 minutes, moved to front of oven just to keep warm and cook slowly. 1 kg Marinated chicken pieces went in next on a different tray in middle, after about 20 minutes placed with pork to finish cooking slowly.

Parenting is not an option. Staying Calm When your Kids Aren’t by: Dr. Charles Fey. October 5, 2013. I once heard that the mark of a great leader is the ability to stay calm when others aren’t. Since great parents and teachers are really the same as great leaders, it makes sense that this would apply to our daily lives with kids. But…how do we do it? My kids should never misbehave. This is horrible for me. I’m a lousy parent (or teacher)! I can’t help but get mad about this! This is pretty sad for them.
