In search of the perfect stroller…. The clueless father… →. June 9, 2009 · 1:50 am. I think I just sounded like my mother? So, remember the days when we were in our teens (or other) and we vowed that we would never be like our parents? Well…it looks like I will be eating my words now…In my case I was raised primarily by my mom. And now a days, at least once a day I say something to J.D. (my 14 year old) that reminds me of something my mother would have said to me when I was his age. Filed under My Kids.

Well, to summarize….I am a college educated Woman in her early 30’s born and raised in the city (QC). I later relocated to a small rural town (ON). With two, very brief marriages, under my belt I think it is safe to say that marriage and I do not MIX! So here I am, a down-to-earth single mother of 2 (Boy and a Girl) , 14 years apart. I think I just sounded like my mother? June 12, 2009 · 2:24 am. The clueless father…. Today was a calm day until A.D.’s father came for a visit. Total visit time? Why is that you ask? Needless to say my shower sucked. All I could think of was how much nerve A.D.’s father had. The way I cope is to remember that “every dog has its day” , “what goes around comes around”.
