Friday, June 7, 2013. April 9, 2013. It was cherry blossom season and the trees next to our apartment were in full bloom! I took the kids outside to enjoy them and tried to get a few pictures as well. The blossoms only last a few days, but they're always beautiful to see. Sunday, October 20, 2013. The photos below finish out the summer, including a trip to a butterfly garden, some final splashing the Rockville Town Square fountains, a well-documented visit to Longwood Gardens and, most importantly, Rachel's first day of elementary school. In fact, I think that the start of kindergarten deserves some up-front commentary. Rachel was fairly nervous about her first day. Whenever we talked about it, she stressed that it was the length. This sprinkler came with little balls that you put in the side and the water in the middle pushes it right back out. If it sitting just right, the water will spit the ball out and hold it up in the air. Tori is an amazing photographer. God has blessed her with such talent! She not only had to take pictures of a 3 year old, but a 6 month old and a 3 month old! 2 year old pictures to see what a difference. 1 year makes. Thank you Tori! Friday, July 2, 2010. Well, we have been busy! See below for the picture updates! Addison had her first soccer practice last week and she loved it. The coach was very nice and the kids seemed to enjoy it! They learned to put a bubble in their mouth (be quite). Squash the bug (step on the ball) and they played a game where the coach was a dog and he was trying to get the bones (soccer balls) It is so much fun watching her play and learn about soccer.
