Suberella - 3pm is my midnight. Tuesday, January 13, 2009. Just say no to pixie sticks. I love challenging classes and yesterday was no exception. The kids were tough all day. Throughout the day, I kept catching the boys with pixie sticks (not the paper ones.plastic straw ones). Come to find out, they are buying huge bags at the dollar store and selling them for profit. Suberella - 3pm is my midnight. Monday, December 15, 2008. Grade class - Kid thinks he is totally invisible and while one student is giving a report presentation, the kid is going to town. In my head, I am thinking, "No way. He is going to rub it under his desk or on his pants, right? Nope Apparently, he could not wait to lunch. He decided boogers were the appetizer that would hit the spot. Finally, I had to go by and tap his shoulder (I didn't want to call him out and completely embarrass.

Suberella - 3pm is my midnight. Thursday, February 05, 2009. Last Friday, for the first time, I left a Kinder class thinking I could teach Kindergarten. The teacher must be over-the-top, holy cow fanstastic! I have never seen a K class that was so well versed in the class procedures and expectations. The kids themselves were super sweet! I had so much fun. One kid, Kevin told me all about his karate - so I told him to remember his name I would call him Karate Kevin. Hilarious! February 17, 2009 at 5:33 AM.

Suberella - 3pm is my midnight. Wednesday, December 10, 2008. I subbed in a 6 th. Grade class before the winter break (blog has been back-dated). 6 th. Graders are my favorite - they are at the weird stage and think they are so cool. It is very amusing. One of the boys raises his hand and asks, "Is your ring silver or platinum? Which I found strange.why does an 11-year-old know about jewelry or even care for that matter? I think is the the funniest thing! Am I a horrible person because I catch notes!
