Tuesday, February 1, 2011. 刚从法学院毕业的小甲和小乙同学突破千军万马，一举考上了公务员。单位里的领导对他们俩比较重视，有饭局也总带着他们。但是小甲要开车回家，所以总是很谨慎地少喝酒或者不喝。有天茶歇的时候他们俩聊了起来。乙：小甲，你昨天和局长去陪市政厅的人吃饭了是么？他们招待的规格怎么样？来的人能喝不？甲：酒菜是很好，但我晚上还得开车送局长回家，不能喝啊。乙：是啊，酒后还开车的话的确比较危险，但他们总很热情的劝酒，不喝又感觉到不兄弟，不好意思回绝。再说酒后驾车差得也不是很严吧，查到了最多就是罚点款，驾照扣上几天这样的行政处罚，也没什么大不了的。一般我觉得我还清醒，也就开回去了，也都没有什么大碍。乙：不过听说在美国，酒后驾车是刑事责任，判起来很重的。甲：我知道，我的几个美国朋友和我说过。他们从来不在喝了酒后开车。乙：不过貌似有个文件说政府想把酒后驾车慢慢变成一种刑事责任。这样人们就能更慎重一些。乙：哎，可能吧。不过我还是相信，如果政府真的能把酒后驾车列到刑法里，情况会好的多。千军万马 an impressive display of manpower.
