心情，是紧张，又担心。 真的很多人，小孩，少年，成人，老人都有。 初步检查，验血型，血红素，通过。 接着，量血压，就和那医生聊起天来，. 再到另一个登记处登记下，拿了这本书，就可以进去验血了。 拿了装血袋，血罐，躺在那等待。 接着来了一个男护士，准备帮我扎针，抽血。 也许血根太细，拍了很久，手掌开了又关很多次，才顺利的扎进。 那护士尽然笑着问，痛吗？或许我的表情太明显了。哈哈，毕竟是第一次嘛。 终于，顺利的在抽血啦，可是还是要握住PVC管，让血可以流的快一点。 那过程，有些geli, 会感觉到血不停的从你的手流出, 双手无力。 就这样，抽出了350ml的血，伤口边有些黑青，摆出胜利的手势完成了捐血的过程。 每个捐血者，都可以获得一个goodies bag, 有文凭，面包，饼干，饮料，还有药，. 很好的一个体验，经历，感激约我的你。：）. 订阅： 帖子 (Atom).
