signde drinks: Maker’s 46 Review
http://signdedrinks.blogspot.com/2015/07/review-97-makers-46.html
Wednesday, July 1, 2015. Maker’s 46 Review. Product which I think is a great buy at $50-$60 a bottle. With standard Maker’s and Maker’s Cask Strength out of the way that leaves just one other product in the brand’s portfolio: Maker’s 46. There isn’t anything special I can say about the backstory on Maker’s 46 that hasn’t already been said numerous times. If you want a more thorough history of the product I suggest you check out Red White and Bourbon’s excellent review here. 47% ABV; No Age Statement; $37.

signde drinks: Booker’s 2015-03 “The Center Cut” Review

Monday, August 10, 2015. Booker’s 2015-03 “The Center Cut” Review. If you were to take a poll of most well received bourbons currently on the shelf today, Booker’s would be in the hunt for a top spot. In a time where age statements are dropping like flies, prices are continuing to rise, and premium bottles are becoming increasing more difficult to find, Booker’s is a product that continues to spit in the face of all those trends. Aged 7 years; 63.6% ABV; $60; Distilled by Beam. Colonel E.H. Taylor.

http://signdedrinks.blogspot.com/2014/01/review-6-bookers-true-barrel-bourbon.html
Sunday, January 26, 2014. Booker’s (Batch C06-B-15) Review. 6355% ABV; Aged 7 years 3 months; Batch# C06-B-15; $60. Lots of hot fire. I had to let it breath about 10 minutes. After it aired out I get vanilla, sweet brown sugar, and believe or not, pancakes. Bourbon pancakes! Spicy rye and heat punches you in the mouth but then a rush of caramel sweetness. Lovely balance of spice and sweet. Rating: B / B. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Colonel E.H. Taylor. George T. Stagg. Old Rip Van Winkle.
