Tasting wine…one glass at a time. July 8, 2014. I’ve been dormant for a few weeks, due to travel for work and an insane schedule. I hope to be back on track in about a week, when I return home and not living out of a bag. But as I sit here in my beautiful hotel room, with a stellar view of LA (I’m not lying here), I remember an important piece of advice: never sip Rose after mango cheesecake. Ok, I just made that up, but it’s based on real life experience that just happened the other day. Just for fun (1).
