Zo heel lang is Sira (1960) nog niet actief, maar in betrekkelijk korte tijd heeft zij een eigen stijl en werkwijze opgebouwd. Haar schilderijen vallen op door de combinatie van natuurlijk verval, slijtage of afbladdering. Daardoor ontstaan vaak opvallende abstracte en/of figuratieve panelen met een wat hergebruikte indruk. De laatste tijd werkt Sira ook op hout, o.a. afvalhout en steigerhout, wat een hele natuurlijke uitstraling geeft.
