미디어를 통해 신노인문화를 꿈꾸다. 서울노인복센터는 2001년부터 노인정보화 교육과 2004년부터 실시한 탑골영화제 등 경험적 근거를 바탕으로 2005년도부터 지역사회 미디어 교육기관과 네트워크를 구축하고, 교육 및 사회복지적 전문성을 겸비한 노인미디어 교육 체계를 마련함. 2005년도 사이버 아카데미, 실버 영상아카데미에 이어 2006년과 2007년에 미디어를 통해 노인 세대의 생각을 주체적으로 표현할 수 있는 미디어 기자아카데미를 진행함. 그간의 미디어 교육을 기반으로 2008년 서울시사회복지공동모금회 지원사업에 선정되어 ‘노인 미디어 문화 활성화를 위한 역량강화 및 사회인식개선 프로그램 人terView (인터뷰)’를 실시함. 보다 전문적이고 체계화된 노인 미디어 교육 진행. 다년간 미디어교육을 기반으로 한 서울노인영화제, 그 첫발을 내딛다! 배우 조수향, 공명. 공모기간 : 6/25 8/16. 출품현황 : 총147편(노인섹션 49편, 청년섹션 98편). 심사 : 본선경쟁작 41편 상영.
