Quote of the Day. Scripture of the Day: Archive. I just watched this video for the first time last night and I loved it! It is such a beautiful message about who we truly are. I was reminded very powerfully that I am a daughter of God and that I am exactly who I am supposed to be, no matter what anybody else may say or think. Video features excerpts from, The Reflection in the Water. A CES fireside given by President Uchtdorf, Nov. 2009). I don't think I have made a big enough deal of these Bible videos.

Heart, Might, Mind, & Strength: Don't hold back...
http://sisterkanderson.blogspot.com/2012/09/dont-hold-back.html
Quote of the Day. Scripture of the Day: Archive. Saturday, September 15, 2012. I saw a movie once that tells a story of two brothers. They would go to a lake near their home and swim a sort of race. The object of the race was not to finish first, but it was to not. Be the first to turn back. Part of the story was that the younger brother was stronger because of a genetic advantage that he had. The older brother had asthma and several other things that held him back so he always lost when they raced.

And now, after the many testimonies which have been given of him, this is the testimony, last of all, which we give of him:. For we saw him, even on the right hand of God. And we heard the voice bearing record that he is the Only Begotten of the Father—". Joseph Smith, D&C 76:22-23. Called to Serve: TN Nashville Mission. If I were a cartoon :). By the Motter Kids, TN. Quote of the Day. Scripture of the Day: Archive. And it came to pass that I beheld that the rod of iron, which my father had seen, was the word of God, which led to the fountain of living waters, or to the tree of life; which waters are a representation of the love of God; and I also beheld that the tree of life was a representation of the love of God." - 1 Nephi 11:25.
