No more hair drama - Loc'd into the real thing. Wednesday, 22 February 2012. All out of the SL starter shampoo. What to do? This shampoo does not contain any conditioning agents so your hair will immediately have more grip.". I'm thinking this can only be a good thing for my sisterlocks. What do folks think? The product appears to contain sls but I'm not too fussed about that. I don't intend on daily washing as is recommended for the product usage but as and when I would ordinarily wash my sisterlocks.

Wednesday, June 1, 2011. So here are my pics at 3 years! These are the comparisons at day 1, year 1, year 2, and year 3. Thursday, May 19, 2011. So it's my 3 year lock anniversary and I decided to dye my hair! Well, kind of. I did an auburn rinse (not bold enough for permanent color). It's subtle but I like it. I will post pics soon. I still like the idea that I can introduce other women to something that freed me from many of my hair woes. And I'm still loving every minute of it. Tuesday, April 19, 2011.

Locked Freedom
Dry locks no more! I figured it out! I was starting to get frustrated about the dryness thing. I tried product after product with the same end result. DRY LOCKS! I no longer hear my hair krunch. It feels soft and moisturized. It's so bad that I'm having a hard time keeping my hands out of my hair. Not much with hair growth. Seems like my hair is in some kind of holding pattern. It has been a long time since I have blogged. How does everyone find the time to update? Pics to come soon! How simple is that?

Tuesday, 28 April 2009. Check out the back of my hair! Day 5 and Day 71 (Wk 9). It looks thicker, the colour's lighter (Caribbean Sunshine) and I'm sure I've got some locks in there! Sunday, 26 April 2009. April Update: Week 9. This week I noticed just how thick my hair is getting. I was able to put my hair up in one just like I used to when it was all natural.
