Worlds Of Tim: March 2014
http://worldsoftim.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 13, 2014. Bane of the Doctor - An Adventure in Fanfiction. In my last post. I discussed the status of my writing life and how things hadn't exactly gone according to plan. My main novel projects are stalled - I've been trying to write Chapter 16 of my Cupid War. Spinoff I, Suicide. For the last three weeks - and blog posts such as this one have been few and far between (not that that's anything new, I'm afraid). The only thing I've made any kind of progress on is a Doctor Who.

Worlds Of Tim: April 2014
http://worldsoftim.blogspot.com/2014_04_01_archive.html
Saturday, April 19, 2014. Ad Astra and Beyond. The con is over, and Post Fandom Depression has set in. Or rather it did, back when I started writing this bit. Better late than never, I say. And I say it a lot. I've since returned to the real world, where Violet and I must do our taxes, and I'm back in the wonderful world of temping. But back to Ad Astra. The last panel I attended before setting off home was about Star Trek. Panel back at Reversed Polarity. Though not as good as the one I did at GenreCon.

Worlds Of Tim: Terry Pratchett: His Place In My Life
http://worldsoftim.blogspot.com/2015/06/terry-pratchett-his-place-in-my-life.html
Saturday, June 20, 2015. Terry Pratchett: His Place In My Life. Two of my favourite authors are dead; Douglas Adams, and now Terry Pratchett. I should really post something about Adams’ influence on me; he got me into writing and reading. For now, though, let’s stick with Terry. I didn’t take to Pratchett straight away. A friend gave me the first two Discworld novels, The Colour of Magic. And The Light Fantastic. At least, not straight away. Off the shelf and devoured them; Light. Was good, but Good Omens.

Worlds Of Tim: October 2014
http://worldsoftim.blogspot.com/2014_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 15, 2014. Wow, it has been a long time, hasn't it? There are all sorts of reasons why I just couldn't get back on track with this blog, and I don't intend to list them all here. Basically, I'm still doing ok, and I'm still writing! I went to Can-Con. Two weeks ago, and plan to write a post about that as soon as I am able. This weekend I'm off to GenreCon. Is also in my very near future. I will have a lot to write about! I'm glad I jumped in and posted this. Good for me!

Worlds Of Tim: May 2015

Saturday, May 23, 2015. The Dangers of Standing Next To Hitler. For one thing, you might get killed by a time traveler. Think about it. But that’s not what I’m talking about here. I’m saying that if you raise a controversial topic, the way I did in my last post. There will be people who will be only too happy to attack you for what you didn’t actually say. I call it being Hitler-Adjacent, and it goes something like this:. I will be better prepared for the fallout next time around(and yes, I’m sure ...

Worlds Of Tim: July 2015
http://worldsoftim.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Sunday, July 26, 2015. No Sympathy For Ash Mad? So, infidelity-encouraging and enabling website Ashley Madison was hacked. Private customer information was stolen, some of it was made public, and the hackers (known as Impact Team) have threatened to release everything if the company is not shut down. A refrain I’ve been reading a lot on social media is, “I have no sympathy,” mostly from people who remain blissfully unaware of what they are endorsing, condoning and congratulating. Now, the opposite could ...

Worlds Of Tim: December 2014
http://worldsoftim.blogspot.com/2014_12_01_archive.html
Saturday, December 20, 2014. SFContario 2014: My Panels 'n Stuff. This was my third time attending SFContario, and it wasn’t as much fun as before. Not the con’s fault, except that they booked the same weekend as the Book Fair. A large number of con regulars chose the Fair, so the number of authors on hand was significantly lower. This is not to say I had a bad time. There was plenty to do and good people to hang out with. I made a new fan (hello, Jayden! Click here for that story. My first Sunday panel ...

Worlds Of Tim: November 2014
http://worldsoftim.blogspot.com/2014_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 11, 2014. SFContario Coming Up Once More! When am I ever NOT attending one? Well, most of the year, actually. Spring and Fall are con seasons for me, and there won't be another until Ad Astra. In 2015. That's ok, though. I could use a break. And the time to prepare my next book, Apoca-Lynn. I have a reading scheduled, and a few panels to do, too. I have three days to prepare before the con begins. Better get cracking! Here's what I'll be up to:. 8211; Saturday 4 PM – Ballroom C. And new...

Tuesdays with Tundra 49. Is a monthly post on our new releases. The following books are available today in stores and online! Written by Maureen Fergus. Illustrated by Dušan Petričić. Hardcover 40 Pages Ages 5-9. Is a brilliant portrayal of the frustrations that come with feeling young and powerless in everyday scenarios…. Fergus spins the situation into a lighthearted comedy without losing sight (pun maybe intended) of the story’s compassionate side…. Is a book equal parts silly and humane. In the comme...
