Crumbs in My Cleavage. A Zen Journey of Self Discovery. September 15, 2013. A while back I began thinking about far away memories. You know, the ones that feel like a lifetime ago. Some not so good. All are worth remembering. There were no stresses, there was no anger, there was no loneliness. It’s taken a long time for me to ‘remember’ that. It’s as if I’m wrapped in a warm blanket of familiarity. It’s comfortable and it’s home. It has been a long time since I’ve written here. It feels good.

About our family! | melz midnight brew
https://melzmidnightbrew.wordpress.com/about

We adopted our first child (Andrew) domestically, but this time we feel the Lord’s calling us to adopt internationally, and we have decided on Ethiopia! Our son or daughter will be between the ages of 1-5 with special needs, and we are have been approved for a sibling group of 2. Our preference is for a girl or a girl/boy girl/girl siblings, but we are leaving it in God’s hands. We know that He will bring the perfect child(ren) to us! Wow, time flies)...

July 14, 2008. Posted by melzmidnightbrew in Homeschooling. 1 comment so far. So I picked up some books on Ethiopia from the library the other day. Our little stash: I’m hoping to add some more books to our collection soon – unfortunately, the library didn’t have much of a selection, but enough to get us started. If anyone has reading suggestions, please let me know! Thanks for reading and stay tuned, more to come soon! A handful of pictures of my little “Laura Ingalls”. July 6, 2008. 1 comment so far.
