Even the developed nations have many many cases of police brutality against minorities in their records. The latest in Malaysia is the case of an Indian, Kugan, who was arrested in a car theft case. He is actually a suspect. As in all other cases in Malaysia, a suspect is innocent until proven guilty. How many Indians have to die in police custody before something is done?
