Keeping It Together: March 2014
http://huntfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Monday, March 10, 2014. Oh, the piles. Hardly an interesting post to start with after so many months, but man, have I struggled with laundry lately. I've had the thought - more than once, that if someone would have shown me what the laundry piles looked like for 8 people, would I still have had 6 kids? For now, I will just have to trust President Monson. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I'm a mom of six - four girls and two boys. I'm married to one handsome man! We're loving life (trying not to go too crazy!

Keeping It Together: This Baby Boy
http://huntfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2013/10/this-baby-boy.html
Friday, October 11, 2013. I love this kid; my little companion each morning. I’m often corrected when I squeeze him and call him. He’s certainly not a baby anymore moving onto bigger things each day. Like mastering the potty. He’s on day 2, with only one accident. I’m thinking I should throw myself a party. I will be diaper free. FREE. For the first time in 12.5 years. Bring on the parade! You deserve a medal AND a party. Good job! October 13, 2013 at 5:48 PM. Its me, not Trav! Love you, Reece. Christma...

Keeping It Together: Helping Hands
http://huntfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2013/10/helping-hands.html
Tuesday, October 22, 2013. I’m sure most of you remember the terrible flooding that happened here in Colorado in the beginning of September. Mostly northern, near Boulder. The Stake up there did as much as they could, but then enlisted the surrounding Stakes for help. Our Stake was responsible for 20 volunteers on certain days to go up and man dumpsters; to make sure folks weren’t disposing hazardous waste, just regular damaged goods. January 15, 2014 at 4:40 PM. Keeping It Together: January 2013
http://huntfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Wednesday, January 9, 2013. Back from the Dead. We haven’t died, but jumping back into blogging is a little daunting. I figured while I’m in the mood to post, I probably should. I’m going to give you the short version of everything and perhaps a few pictures. Yeah, more than a few.). December was busy. From craft shows, vinyl orders, dance, wrestling, gymnastics, school programs, turning 32(! Now for pictures. Thank goodness for cell phones – I’m not sure I would have remembered all this! I didn’t ...

Keeping It Together: Worth Noting
http://huntfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2013/06/worth-noting.html
Friday, June 21, 2013. Well, it's about time we changed the scenery around here! It's not fun to see the same post for 2 months, is it. ;). There is something worth noting today. Today was the first morning (except Sundays) that we weren't up at 5:30 working out. Ryan and I finished Insanity. Yesterday. Woot woot! 62 days straight of 5:30am workouts. We did miss ONE morning - postponed really - and that's because it was the day of the Bolder Boulder! Yeah, we're hard core. ;). Way to go you guys! Shabby ...

Keeping It Together: December 2012

Tuesday, December 11, 2012. It must be in their genes. My boys sure do love to help Grandpa - and anything that has to do with the. Tuesday, December 4, 2012. We were anxious to scurry off to Utah to be with my family for Thanksgiving – ALL together for the first time in 4 years. You think it would be easy when all of my siblings live there (but me and Marcie), but it hasn’t. In fact, our kids were excited when they found out that Ryan was coming with us! Thanksgiving day, we drove down to Jeannie and...

Keeping It Together: February 2013
http://huntfamilyhappenings.blogspot.com/2013_02_01_archive.html
Monday, February 25, 2013. It doesn’t take much to make me happy. I’m a fairly simple person and we live and fairly simple life – you know, as much as you can with 6 kids and a dog (wink). The kids enjoyed the snow over the weekend – before the blizzard hit. Henry didn’t seem to mind, although he wasn’t much help with the shoveling . . . I got a kick out of watching that boy try and put a pony tail in Kaycee’s hair yesterday – without pants still, of course. Don’t ask me how many bags are left. Wray Sis...

Sixty Tiny Toes | A Christian journey through recurrent pregnancy loss
A Christian journey through recurrent pregnancy loss. Skip to primary content. Skip to secondary content. February 2, 2015. I’ve been thinking lately about how often I feel guilty for being sad about my miscarriages since I have a healthy, living child too. After all, I am so blessed and lack nothing. I have a loving husband, a delightful daughter, a more-than-adequate home. Why am I so sad? A few days ago, it dawned on me. I am not sad because I. Anything. I am sad because I have. For me, recognizing th...

Just 240 months before I turn 80! Time to try something new. Twenty years goes by so fast. I made a promise to myself when I turned 60 that I would have an adventure every month. To try something NEW that I've never done before. Just creating this Blog is one of those things I never thought I would do. Well, here we are and you are welcome to come along for the ride. Friday, July 8, 2011. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to ME! Never have done that before. (Also changed the font. Did you notice? Happy birthday to me!

Baby teeth, scout camp, and exercising this bod. Caroline’s first tooth popped up the beginning of this month. The poor girl worked on it for weeks. Growing pains hurt. It was so sad to see our otherwise happy, squishy baby, upset for days on end. Her second tooth showed up this morning. Luckily, she’s found a new teething toy–a spatula–that she gums like no tomorrow when we’re hanging out in the kitchen. Seriously, household items have always been our babies’ favorite toys. Intimidated me. But IR...
