Toppings: Shredded lettuce, tomatoes, olives, grated cheese, salsa, sour cream are good. I cook the roast in the crock pot on high for 6 7 hours or on low for 12-14 hours. Cool and shred. This morning for about 2 hours, Emmy and I hung out by the lit Christmas tree, listened to Christmas music, and watched from the window as the snow fell from the sky. We examined and re-examined our ornaments (and Emmy rearranged them), and Emmy looked up at me and said, "Mom, this is the funnest day ever! Thursday, July 14, 2011. A long time ago, I abandoned facebook. Not that I didn't want to keep in touch with Family and Friends. I just (strongly) didn't like Facebook's policies. I'm now on Google , and I'm fairly confident I'm going to stay with it. I've convinced Erica to get on Google , although she's still getting used to it.
