Friday, January 14, 2011. Happy New Year everyone! With the market being the way it is right now, we did take somewhat of a loss, but we are also thankful for the ability now to move ahead and buy a place here. 2011 has started well, and I pray it continues that way. Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Well my lack of posts has not been lack of motivation on my part but lack of internet service! We moved into our new home about 3 weeks ago, and have just within the last few days got phone and internet service! First night in our house! The 4th of July is always fun for us too as Naples has a great parade and fantastic fireworks display. This year was a little crazy for us with the move and birthdays thrown in but we enjoyed it none the less! First 4th as a citizen of the US!

Monday, September 8, 2008. What do you do when you are disappointed? I tend to turn inward. I tend to get really quiet and question life and my place in the world. I tend to wallow in my sadness for a while, and then I wake up to God's faithfulness and perfect sovereignity. Right now, I am disappointed. I am at the point of quiet questioning. What is God trying to teach me? Have I missed his direction? Have I not done something that I should of done, or did I do something that I should not have done?
