Thursday, February 25, 2010. Parkside Swim Practice 4-5pm today. We have pool time today from 4-5pm! It will be great to get an hour workout in, especially b/c Friday is up in the air. 160;(we know more about FRI tomorrow). As for Saturday, practice is cancelled for Gold and Silver swimmers due to State Champs. The 13/14 girls and boys going to States in 2 weeks should plan on swimming with Platinum that day to get in the water. Please coordinate with Coach Andrew and Coach Pete on this! Yes, more snow.

Friday, May 21, 2010. Hello Silver/Gold Group swimmers -. Tomorrow marks the last day of SATURDAY SWIM practice for the spring. The building will not be open for use, so we will meet at the Boathouse at Cooper River for a run and dryland work, as we did over the winter (10am - 11am). Spring sessions then come to a close FRI May 28th. Have a good weekend!

Practice for Platinum Group 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Practice for White Gold, Gold, Silver, Cooper 10:00 am to 11:30 am. Practice is On for January 29, Saturday! January 28, 2011.
