Sjálfbærniverkefni á Austur- og Nurðurlandi. Kárahnjúkastífla og Hálslón í ágúst 2010. Hreiður heiðagæsa á svæði Hálslóns. Sumarið 2014 var senditæki notað til að fylgjast með heiðagæsinni Herði sem ásamt maka gerði mislukkaða tilraun til varps í Sauðafelli vestan Hálslóns. Parið hvarf af svæðinu og kom síðar um haustið í ljós á Vestfjörðum og hafði þá tekið sig upp (örugglega ásamt fleiri gæsum sem varp misfórst hjá) og fellt fjaðrir á austur-Grænlandi. Færsla óss Lagarfljóts og Jöklu í Héraðsflóa.
