It's one of those trainings that I don't get to know anything about except for the general public knowledge and perhaps a few more things that he's allowed to tell me. However a training that is called "Survive, Evade, Resist and Escape" doesn't exactly call out to me to know the details anyway. But it was torture. Links to this post.
