Most of the children had not been there even though it is about 45 minutes (by bus) away from their village. We had to hike down to the bottom of the falls. But boy, was it beautiful! Saturday, June 2, 2012. Zambia- The trip that changed my life- Part 3. We traveled about 30 minutes down the road to a neighboring village called Teta. Last year, we helped put the roof on Teta's church so they wanted us to come back for a dedication service. We decided to also spend the following day doing a VBS program with some of the children there. People packed in but praise God we could be together. Forever a lasting impression to me on the power of the Church in Africa. Just want to love on them!
