Sunday, September 20, 2009. 2 lbs sliced pork sirloin. 3 Tbs chili paste. 3 garlic cloves, minced. 1 (1-inch) piece of ginger, minced. 1 Tbs soy sauce. 1 Tbs sesame oil. 2 green onions, chopped (optional). Combine the sliced pork with chili paste, sugar, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Let marinate for approximately 30 minutes. Stir-fry the meat until thoroughly cooked, usually about 5 to 7 minutes. Add black pepper as needed. Garnish with green onion if desired.
