Oh, what do you do in the Summertime,". When all the world is green? Here's what we do:. I went to Young Women's Camp this year and Jaxen tried to come along. We eat Ice "Comb". Check out his eyes. He can't handle looking at it one more second. He has to taste it, or else! Reading a book is a good way to calm down after Emma gives you a hug around the neck. Some people like to get in the water, and others prefer to tap their fingers in it. And, last, but not least, we eat Ding Dong's. I had bought th...

The best thing in life... each other!: January 2011

Family Adventure (Part 1). We took a little vacation to Moab. Our cabin being 13 miles up a really curvy canyon, fighting with a 2 year old who is TIRED of driving, and me being pregnant made it not only a vacation, but an adventure! Chillin' in the cabin. EVERY night was bath night. You ask, is Jaxen going to graduate from sleeping in the closet while on vacation? Once the new baby takes over. Driving his car through the state, just like daddy. And through the canyon to see. What is he looking at? Some ...

NYC: The Empire and The Lady. While there, we couldn't pass up visiting 2. This sign hangs above the information desk on the first floor. To your right are the escalators that take you up to stand in a potentially HUGE line before even paying. Yep, 86 floors straight up! We of course, didn't buy a map. We had to go despite the weather and it was still cool to look at the city from 86 floors up. We left from the grey one, but right next to it is the green dock you see below. When you enter the grey buildi...

The best thing in life... each other!: The Hospital
http://jaronandheidi.blogspot.com/2012/01/hospital.html
See the number one on the Pitocin machine? Um, yeah that really was only the beginning. When I first heard her cry, I cried. More than I did when Jaxen was born. This pregnancy was harder for me. I told Daddy before she was born that I was going to cry when she came out because of sheer joy that it was over. And I did. But, little did I know that it would get harder rather than easier, fast. January 10, 2012 at 3:34 AM. I love your blog! I love your digital scrapbooking! Give it to me straight! Forever, ...

And Granny JoAnny giving Embri kisses. Fun at the park. Food is good. and it looks like someone went to a 3-D movie? Ben's mean kick and Cam's congratulatory "five". I sure love these old farts! The 24th started out with the parade and a diaper blow-out thanks to Embri. Then fishing at the fish pond (a favorite) numerous times, frog picking and bounce house jumping. Because of where the holiday fell, we attended two parades this year. Fireworks are awesome! Like a bathtub, but morally okay to hang out in...

The best thing in life... each other!: November 2010

We started our celebrating in my home town. He liked the idea, until he was on it! He kept yelling, "Mama, Mama! Over and over again. He did adjust a little as the ride went on. Emma was sweet and put her arm around him to try and comfort him. Needless to say, the next ride, he sat out. But he was sure to cheer Emma on by saying "Yeah, Emma! He loved the boats. And the Carousel (Horses). We went with Cam and Emma later to the Rodeo. Then, on the actual July 24th, it was off to my Mom's home town.

The best thing in life... each other!: Baby Sister's Birth Story
http://jaronandheidi.blogspot.com/2011/06/baby-sisters-birth-story.html
Baby Sister's Birth Story. We arrived at about 11AM. My first nurse was so nice! Very talkative and interested in Jaxen and what we'll name Baby Sister. So, I get all hooked up and though I'm able to make small talk, my spiritual heart is seizing in my chest until I hear her heartbeat. There it is! I was at 6 of 10 on the scale. Ah! What was he doing? Why did he request to break my water? Why was he 4 hours later? Why was I started so soon on Pitocin and the epidural? Sleeping in the hospital? Apparently...
