Messina Moments: Family Visits
http://messinamoments.blogspot.com/2011/07/family-visits.html
We had a lot of family come up in June. My sister Ellen and her boyfriend Danny came up at the beginning and I was HORRIBLE at taking pictures while they were here. This is the only picture I have of them and Eleni, it was the night before they left and Eleni wasn’t happy about it. Then Tyler’s dad, step-mom, uncle and cousin came up for the last weekend in June. I did much better with the picture taking, as you can see. We also took them to. World Center for Birds of Prey. Monday, July 11, 2011. This is the trip where Ilai learns how to clean his own fish. He (and his daddy, who taught him, and his Grampa, who guided him) couldn't be more proud. That's him cutting off the head. Mom's proud of that part. The trout was delicious, and provided lunch and dinner when they got home. So there seems to be a new tradition being born. Dave has always taken Austen (love the hair, by the way! Beck: "Let's play Power Rangers. You be the boss, Ilai.". To which Ilai would reply, "I don't...

Sunday, January 23, 2011. Another fun and successful Dust Collectors! Wendi Tesimale - wherever you are in the world - we love you for introducing Dust Collectors. Too bad you weren't able to patent it, you'd be a rich woman today. It was at my house this time, and as you can see, there are lots and lots of leftovers. If you see anything you want, speak now or forever hold your peace. So glad the D.I. bin was delivered to our parking lot just this week. And no fighting over what someone else got! Didn't ...
