Something I think is unfortunate is that the media coverage of these incidents will only propagate more of the same. Before we heard about Columbine or Sandy Hook, I doubt many troubled individuals would have considered such an act of violence. The media coverage of these events has now ensured that the shooting in Marysville will not be the last one we see. From → Current Events.
