Skaha Bluffs Provincial Park. Skaha Bluffs are located on the east side of Skaha Lake just south of Penticton. How to get Here. In order to get to the Skaha Bluffs from Penticton, take South Main Street to Smythe Drive. This is approximately 3 km (2 miles) south of the main beach at Skaha Lake.
