Life Learning. Longboarding. June 11, 2016. I have started writing again and it is really nice! I just need to get back into longboarding and my other creative pursuits and I think I will be doing something. 🙂 I found an old poem that needed some additional lines and have sat down and given it a bit more attention. In the day to day bustle it is easy to grab a plastic bottle of water, microwave a meal, or pour coffee into a disposable cup. But what does that do to the world around us? I think it is having an impact and I was looking for ways to stop adding to the plethora of plastic. It was very overwhelming until I found a wonderful book at my library. Check out the book!

I cannot thank them enough for this opportunity and I am really looking forward to it! I spent the day packing and I am actually relieved that my flight is long tomorrow so that I can have some time to reflect. We have been having a great time exploring different levels and types of movement and as the second day comes to a close myself and my fellow dancers are looking forward to performing outdoors tomorrow. And just in case it sounds like all we do is dance, my fellow intensive members and I took tonight to go visit San Francisco! We had a great time!
