Tuesday, September 1, 2009. So I have been feeling super anxious with this upcoming birth of our second baby. I am scared, yeah, really scared. Is that normal? I cannot wait for that part. The pushing and pain, not so much. If anyone would like to offer me some soothing advice I would love it. I really hope I do not have to push for 5 hours like I did with Sophie. I'm married to a wonderful guy and we have 7 children, 6 girls and 1 boy, so yes, there are lots of hormones raging in our home :). Life is crazy most of the time. Tuesday, June 23, 2015. Normally things like Mother's Day and my birthday are just a big letdown, so I don't ever let my hopes get high. But this year, Mother's Day was AWESOME! Everyone let me sleep in, primary singing in Sacrament Meeting went well, I got a LONG NAP, and my kids tried SO HARD not to fight and to be helpful. If they'd start to whine (Lacey) over something I'd say, "But remember? It's Mother's Day, so no being bad! It worked 95% of the time! I seriously milked the day for all I could!
