We are so blessed. Thursday, November 27, 2008. Megan and Matthew with their cousins Melanie, Nikki and Brooke. Greg and Aunt Lisa. We had another very happy and blessed thanksgiving this year. This was the first year ALL of our. Family was together on Thanksgiving. We had a total of 11 adults and 5 kids! I know it might not sound like a lot, but for us it is! We had Babi, Steve's brother and sister-in-law, their 3 girls, my mom and dad, Lisa and Greg and my wonderful grandparents! Welcome to our blog!

We are so blessed. Wednesday, April 8, 2009. The kitchen is starting to look like a kitchen again! As of today (4-8-09) all the cabinets are in, even though the picture doesn't show it. Now we are waiting to have our counter tops measured and for the floor guy to put the finishing coat on the hardwood floor. We have a make-shift sink so I no longer have to do dishes in the bathtub! Steve and I had planned on watching a movie but decided we were too tired and would just go to bed. Steve and I have been married since August of 2001. He is employed as a commercial union carpenter. I was a pediatric nurse for 4 years before I switched careers to domestic engineering. We have a beautiful daughter, Megan, born in April of 2005 and a handsome son, Matthew, born in June of 2007. We also have a yellow lab mix named Spunt.

We are so blessed. Thursday, January 1, 2009. January 2009 came quietly and peacefully for us. The whole house was sleeping when the clock struck 12:00. I feel like I'm really getting old. This is the first time in probably 25 years that I haven't stayed up until midnight on New Years (OK except for that one year I passed out at the one and only Schindler party, that was my sister's fault).
