We've been skiing in Obergurgl since the 70s and have been returning year in, year out, like so many other repeaters. At 1,930m Obergurgl has one of the highest altitudes of our resorts and is the highest parish in Austria. About Ski Monterosa

Ski-Monterosa was set up in 2004 by Andrew Evans and Richard Luck-Hille. During the first six years, Ski Monterosa operated solely in Alagna, Italy. Andy stumbled across Alagna on a trip to the region in the early part of the millennium whilst Richard, a qualified ski/snowboard instructor, was teaching skiing over the way in Champoluc. Both are experienced skiing enthusiasts and instantly fell in love with Alagna's charm leading to the creation of what is now Ski-Monterosa.
