Make sure to read the rules. What do the entries in the result tables mean? How often can I submit results? What must be in the pdf document that is required for every submission? Why do I have to provide a pdf document and/or a description with every result I submit? We believe that it is not too interesting to report here the results of systems whose working is unknown. Therefore we require that a description of each system is provided. Can I change the pdf that describes my system?

Rules for data usage. The SKI10 challenge is organized in the spirit of cooperative scientific progress. We therefore ask anybody using this website to respect the rules below. The original data sets and associated segmentation data downloaded here, or any data derived from these data sets, must not be given nor redistributed under any circumstances to persons not belonging to the registered team. If results of algorithms in this challenge are to be used in scientific publications (journal publications, ...

The submission process is currently changed to allow uploading segmentation results directly to this website. As long as this is not yet possible, please email your zipped results to Tobias Heimann. Your segmentation results have to follow the same format as the supplied training data. And Bram van Ginneken.

We have a total set of 150 MRI volumes available for this challenge. All datasets are completely anonymized and originate from the surgical planning program of Biomet, Inc. To access any of the data, you need to register. Training data 1-40 (444 MB). Training data 41-60 (248 MB). Training data 61-100, including ROIs (498 MB). Test data 1-25 (308 MB). Test data 26-50 (320 MB). C source code for evaluation (5 KB). An application that can read the data is MITK-3M3. And Bram van Ginneken.
