This has joyfully turned into an APY60 blog! I love American Power Yoga. I’ve always enjoyed yoga, but I don’t like it to feel “hokey”. I have two of Kurt’s AWESOME DVD’s APY Strength. And The Dallas Cowboy Cheerleaders: Power Squad Bod! Because I already knew how much I love Kurt I have been coveting APY60. Ever since I heard of it. Last night I did Power Half Hour Stretch, and this AM I followed it with Ab Burner. My weight is UP! I would like to blame TOM, but I know what I’ve been eatin’… It’s okay! ETA I’m such a DORK! I’ve actually LOST a pound DOH! Please forgive me I have not kept track! From Dr. Frank Smoot…. Maybe just 10 or 20 years?

Je tiens à dire que j'ai été anorexique pendant plusieurs années, mais Dieu merci je suis sortie de cet engrenage. TOUT sur les sodas /. Mincir le plus sainement possible. Sortir de l'anorexie ou de la boulimie /. Aimer son corps /. 4 Bois encore plus d'eau.
