The Lamb tenderloins on grilled haloumi cheese with mint and basil salad turned out great. Extremely easy and very tasty. The only thing I'll do differently next time is rinse the haloumi more before cooking it; turns out that it's very salty unless you give it a long, very thorough rinse.
