I’m a 29 year old female living in Washington, DC. I’m a Southern girl at heart (which means I like everything cooked in butter). This blog is my attempt at documenting my experience with trying to become healthy and fit, and hopefully will inspire other couch potatoes and skinny chubbsters out there in the Internets.
