I admire those who are and who do that…but it will never work for me. I will be grouchy and mean and people won’t want to be around me. Lose It, K*MAC! From Big Mac to Skinny Mac. My 20’s were probably the worst decade so far of my short life. I lost loved ones, my weight changed like the peaks and valleys of a roller coaster, I ate my feelings, I made poor food choices on vacations and then tried to detox my way back into healthy eating. Basically, nothing has stuck. It’s time to change that! Napa Valley (Nov. 2003). ALL TIME. FATTEST. (2008). Then I lost 30 pounds (Oct. 2009). Then I got fat again (Jan. 2011).
