Considering that due to personal stuff I haven’t been able to run since the middle of October I did ok. I finished in 40 mins, running the first 1k, then doing run/walk sections. Magic Mike was great thinspiration for me; I keep thinking about how those hot guys would never want to be with a fat girl. And I don’t want to be the fat girl. So that was good. Also, I know I said I would not be looking at the scale for at least a week but I broke down and checked my weight this morning. I was down to 152lbs! I feel so encouraged by this.
