Because of that, I've effectively postponed my weight loss, but I've discovered one important finding: if I don't eat fruit I can really easily keep to about 60g of carbohydrates. So it's no fruit and more vegetables. I miss fruit but if I am ever to actually achieve goal I have to cut back on fruit. In the world of fast-food and GM products you must know how to slenderize?
