A great WordPress.com site. Whole 30: day 8. October 21, 2014. So somewhere along the line I got off on my days. Today was actually day 8! Breakfast: sticky bun Larabar. Lunch: 7oz NY strip steak, 2 oz of shrimp, and 2/3 cup of garlic mashed potatoes. Dinner: 6 chicken wings, marinated in a Mesquite mix, and pan fried sweet potatoes. Snack: 2 bananas, blended with almond butter and almond milk. Also an earlier snack: 3 slices of beef Sumer sausage. Also busted out 20 minutes on the elliptical today!
