Sunday, September 25, 2011. Let there be light! We went shopping today! We have ordered all our lighting that we needed for the house. We have this pendant light on its way and it will soon be living over our dining table! Over our island bench in the kitchen, three of these little beauties will light up the bench for my husband to cook dinner! We have these flush ceiling lights for the bedrooms and a couple of other rooms. And, finally our backyard outdoor lights to make sure we can play when its dark!

Friday, June 24, 2011. We are definitely sold on the Boral Silkwood Spotted Gum floors for the main living areas. So pretty! Hubby is planning an attic extension. Thankfully we have had really good weather this week, if you don't count 100km an hour winds, but that was just once. The frame started going up on Tuesday. and then it poured!
