Elevation Certificate

Everyone seems to be much more aware of elevation and elevation certificates ever since Hurricane Sandy opened our eyes last year. Our prayers go out to those who received serious damage. The home was purchased in 1999. At that time the elevation certificate was 6.4 ft. The home was torn down under CAFRA rules and rebuilt on 36 pilings and turned into a two story. The elevation was raised to 7.2 ft. The total gross living area is 3425 sq ft (see appraisal).

These pictures do not yet show the solar panels but it will shortly. The solar system is new so these pictures need to be updated. One of the most beautiful locations on the Jersey Shore and close to the Barnegat Inlet. The tide changes keep this area clear and pristine. This is the perfect spot. You're about 30 secs from good Bay fishing and less than a 4 minute boat ride from the Ocean. On nice days, keep your boat on your very own pier.

The only entrance to this deck is through the master bedroom on the 2nd floor. Can you imagine sitting here looking out over the water or reading a good book? No one can bother you here. This is your little world. Fiberglass and steel construction. It is in perfect condition with no chips or cracks and has never even come close to a leak. Beautiful addition to this beautiful home.
