Friday, June 21, 2013. ATA Districts June 2013. ATA District Championships, Downingtown , PA. Here it is; Combat Sparring with a Bahng Mahng Ee I took District Champion. I am very proud of this as I felt very strong and particularly fast that day. The competition was at a very high level. The heat was my friend. Thursday, August 14, 2014. Met up with fellow cruisers Debbie, Corinne, Dave and Stewart in Barcelona. Diane and I went on a two week swing through the following cities. Marseilles, Pisa, Naples, Rome, Istanbul, Venice and Athens. Other notable stops took us to Asia, I was able to swim in the Mediterranean, Aegean and Adriatic Seas. The best way to start the day is a slalom ski before breakfast, we still manage to do this despite Mary's breakfast waiting for us and the nasty hangovers from the home brew the night before.
