A district court judge on Tuesday placed a temporary restraining order on Burke County Board of Education member and local businessman Tim Buff. Yeah, that same Tim Buff. Buff's wife, Charlotte, sought the restraining order at the same time she filed for divorce. He has served on the school board since 2003 and is a past board chairman.

Rob, Could you please explain how replaceing Scott Smith with Angie Blalock and the newly created position of Assistant Director held by Debbie Kincaid saved the county money? The same question goes for replacing Steve Demiter. If I am not mistaken, he was replaced by Winston Bagley and a newly created Assistant Director position now held by Susan Jones.
