The end of a second growing season! The end of a second growing season! Skunk Hollow Vineyards was established in 2011 despite myriad obsta cles. In our first year, we planted four different grape varieties- Frontenac, Frontenac Gris, Marquette, and Petite Amie. We added Petite Jewel and Brianna in 2012. If you would like more information about these Minnesota hardy varieties, visit the University of Minnesota's grape page. We also broke ground o n our fi rst vineyard building in 201 2!
