Monday, August 3, 2009. Senior Citizens need help too, right? On July 28, 2009 University Green interviewed a group called Emergency Preparedness. Their goal is to come up with a plan for senior citizens when an emergency occurs. This group is going to create a slide show to demonstrate steps about preparing for emergencies. Thursday, August 6, 2009. Is the mentor of this team and a recent graduate from Temple University with a B.A. in Environmental Studies. She has thoroughly enjoyed working with University Green as they explored environmental initiatives in Philadelphia and around the world, while using social media to increase the awareness of such projects. Upon completion of this program Ashley will be working with the Energy Coordinating Agency on weatherization projects in Philadelphia. Welcome to our blog!
