Saturday, May 24, 2008. 昨天心血来潮自己弄了个批萨吃。哈哈。。没想到终于成功了。之前做过一次，但没成功。昨天和好友一起慢慢研究那微波炉，嘿嘿。。。终于成功了。昨天家人都不在，然后答应了好友会做批萨让她品尝。睡醒的时候突然觉得有点懒，不想弄了。但是好友想吃，我们就一起弄了。我们的批萨非常丰富，有多种味道的香肠，螃蟹棒，日本黄瓜，萝卜，番茄等。我切好这些后，就慢慢地排在现成的批萨皮上啦。我朋友说看到我排得这么没，觉得不舍得要吃。哈哈。最后一步就是把那些乳酪放上去啦。最搞笑的是，我们俩研究了很久那微波炉，差一点要放弃了。但是没得放弃啊，因为一切都弄好了。唯有慢慢地研究了，一直不断地乱按。哈哈哈。。。最后还是找到方法了。11分钟后就有得吃了。 Monday, May 5, 2008. Friday, November 13, 2009. 这几天不断地在研究相机，也不断地在学习摄影。摄影一开始其实不是简单的事，最重要就是注意快门，光圈和ISO。我就在这几天一直在慢慢摸索，然后到论坛去看看他们得摄影技巧，顺便问问他们摄影技巧。刚开始的时候，我对这相机一头雾水，不知如何入手。然后就到论坛看看，学习。然后就先乱拍。一开始就先拍些照片，然后发布到论坛里，从中获取经验，从错误中学习。幸好论坛里的朋友的非常友善，我还认识了Jack。他就在MSN里用心的和我讲解，让我慢慢了解关于摄影的一切。我就一天比一天进步一些些，从一开始对快门和光圈一窍不通，到现在慢慢了解该怎么调。昨天拍了几张照片，我觉得进步了，嘿嘿，我的小师父就觉得还好。哈哈，因为他看的方法不一样。我们普通对摄影不什么了解的，就不会察觉到什么。他就慢慢一张一张的解释，给我意见，告诉我该怎么拍。然后我就再注意看那些照片，觉得他说的挺有道理的。 Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Thursday, March 20, 2008. 昨天结束了香港之旅后，今天就准备起程到深圳啦。是时候向香港挥手说再见啦，实在很舍不得。还有很多地方没去，将来一定会再来的。香港，等我吧。。。哈哈哈！！！今早是最迟出的一天，因为还得把行李收拾好，把那些纪念品都挤进了旅行袋里。我们差不多10.30才出发。出发前当然也不忘了拍下朋友住宿那儿的美景。但不知为什么竟然我没在相片里。哈哈！！从她那儿还可以看到少许的青马大桥。我们1030出发，到深圳都已差不多12点多，1点了。很多朋友告诉我说到了深圳要小心噢，那儿很危险的。搞到我也觉得有点怕怕。拖着行李也得东张西望呢。呵呵。到了罗湖就致电给深圳的朋友啦。因为之前约她了，她是我第一位见的深圳朋友啦。因为刚好她的办公室就在附近，所以就约了她吃午餐啦。跟着她的指示顺利的到达了她工作的地方。好笑的是她那儿有太多出口了，我以为我在正门口了，但我不是&#...吃饱后，就到东门走走啦，我不喜欢逛街买东西，所以哪儿没什么吸引我。我朋友应该想看看有什么买吧，但我不理她，哈哈。&#1...Wednesday, March 19, 2008. 第二站，东涌站附近的广场...

Thursday, November 29, 2007. 刚才终于有时间和一起旅行的朋友碰面了。我们回来了一个星期，不是我忙，就是她忙。哈哈。。现在终于可以和她拿回我的战利品了。我在前一篇博里有写到我去夹娃娃，夹了满多了。我朋友的行李还有地方放，我就拜托她帮我拿。呵呵。。其实也不多啦，差不多15个。但是有大有小，刚刚好可以摆进她的大大行李箱里。让你们看看我的战利品吧，个个我都很喜欢，觉得很可爱。还有一个小小的娃娃棒球棍导游喜欢，就拿其它娃娃和我换。那个很可爱，最后我还是让给她。 Tuesday, November 27, 2007. 之前写了些不开心的事情，那是刚回来气还没消的情况下写的。呵呵。。到了现在，心情已平复了，看了相片，想了想，其实这次的旅行也没这么糟。把不开心的给忘了，是时候写些开心的啦！！跟团的时候，是真的蛮开心。最后三天的自助行虽然比较气，但也有开心的事。我在那儿做了件很疯狂的事，就是不断地到夹公仔的小店去夹那些公仔（玩具娃娃吧）。我送给那个小女孩的礼物也是我夹到的。我花了不少钱去夹，这就是我的娱乐啦...原来开心的事情还多过不开心的。写了那么多，还没写完...其实我们都是很开心的&...

Monday, November 24, 2008. 昨天又下厨了，煮了西餐。老爸老妈子又不在家了，又是自己下厨发挥的时候！亲自下手，午餐和晚餐都吃西餐。先介绍我的午餐吧，主食是乳酪通心粉。Side Dish 就是大蒜土司，再加上一杯冻咖啡。煮的过程其实也很容易，包装后面也有说明。我就跟着说明弄啦。需要310ml的水，125ml的低脂牛奶，0.25g的牛油。首先就先把这三样材料一起煮沸，然后就加入乳酪通心粉。过后就搅拌一下子，别人通心粉和乳酪粉贴在锅低。当通心粉和乳酪粉都搅均匀后，就把盖子盖起，然它自己滚啦，但最好还是偶尔搅拌。用小火慢慢煨(simmer)，大概10-15分钟，就搞定了。冻咖啡就不用多说了吧。哈哈。。。我冲的咖啡也只是三加一的咖啡，呵呵，非常方便。我喜欢把咖啡倒入瓶子里，加些冰块摇一摇。这就是我的做法啦。 Monday, November 3, 2008. 这两年参加了无数朋友的婚礼，荷包也大出血啦！！嘿嘿！！没关系，开心就好！！接新娘的时候，新郎一看到新娘子，就是走向前跪下送花。然后就是给亲爱的说爱的承诺。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Friday, July 4, 2008. 最近又发现了新东西，嘿嘿，就是火龙果树啦。火龙果就吃得多啦，但不知多少人真正看过火龙果树呢？我本身就是第一次看到啦。没想到原来我大伯母家有种，原本我家也有的，但我妈说很久都没看到开花就丢了。哎呀。。。太可惜啦！！今天我就给朋友们看看火龙果树吧。火龙果树非常特别，它有点像仙人掌，但不是仙人掌。看看下面的图，那张大张的相片，有点像仙人掌的，就是火龙果树啦。其实不是这样子种的，应该有另一个方式。大伯母也只是试试看种而已，所以就出现这样奇怪的形状啦。火龙果树最特别的就是花啦。为什么特别呢，就是因为昙花一现！看看第一张图里，一到八就是火龙果的开花过程啦。只是短短的几个小时内就有很大的变化了，大概12个小时吧。 1，大概晚上10.30拍下的。还没开花前。 2，大概早上7.30拍下的。已开始慢慢要开花了。 3 - 5，慢慢开花了，差不多1个小时时间越开越大，越开越漂亮。 6 - 7，大概早上7.30拍下的，花已枯萎了。 8，开花过后，就开始结果了。希望可以成功结果吧！！火龙果的花特别漂亮，花瓣好像羽毛，摸下去的感觉很舒服。

Sunday, January 18, 2009. 在家弄了几次咖啡冰沙，挺好喝的，今天心血来潮就拍下了自制过程。之前没拍下，因为觉得只是非常简单也没什么特别的。哈哈，最后还是拍下了，再写部落格啦！！简单又容易的咖啡冰沙只需要几个材料。冰块，三合一即溶咖啡，水，还有就是果汁机(blender)。 1，把冰块放进果汁机里。（嘿嘿，我的果汁机比较特别）. 5 ，冰块都打碎后就变冰沙啦。嘿嘿，这个果汁机打出来的冰沙挺细的。 7，嘿嘿，就这样完成啦！！简单又容易的咖啡冰沙！！ Saturday, January 17, 2009. 嘿嘿，在网上无意中发现薄饼的做法，非常简单。嘿嘿，又想到老妈子都有那些材料。老妈子偶尔会做蛋糕和cookies的。材料：鸡蛋2颗，面粉100g，牛奶300ml，砂糖20g，溶化牛油12g，少许盐. 步骤五：弄热平底锅，加入牛油（不沾锅），舀一勺薄饼液，倒入煎至略为焦黄。（用小火控制）. 接下来就是自己乱发挥啦。要怎么弄就怎么弄。不加任何馅也无所谓，很好吃了。 Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Sunday, April 27, 2008. 这9天8夜的自助行日记写了一个月多了，哈哈。。。只是最近比较有时间就一口气把它写完了。这一次的旅行非常享受。这才是真正的自由自在，无忧无虑啦！！有机会的话，应该会有另一次的D.I.Y自助行。想怎么走就怎么走，累了就不走，暂时先休息。想改行程就改行程，多好！！（单身其实也是个好处，可以自由的走）. 香港是一个非常好玩的地方，交通也很方便。还有就是，不需要拿着地图也可以到达目的地啦。嘿嘿。。。只要知道自己想去哪里，随便开口问任何一个人就可以有答案啦！但最好还是要有地图，只是我每一次都忘了带出街。香港的景色很美，喜欢摄影的人就可以去拍拍风景啦。无论早上或中午或晚上，每一个景色都会给你不一样的感觉。 SOHO美食街和兰桂坊非常靠近，只是隔两条街吧。美食街就出名美食啦，这不用多说吧。但我就不知有什么没事可以介绍啦，因为这我没做功课。我也只是随便进一间就吃了，因为实在太饿了。然后就去看看兰桂坊啦，就像在香港戏里头的那两条街啦。那...还有就是，在香港终于见了15年的笔友啦！！这是我的愿望之一啊！！...至于深圳呢，其实我的目的也只是去和好友会面&#65...
