MAKING A DREAM REAL. My experiences at Drake University and in the United States. Thursday, February 22, 2007. I saw Barack Obama yesterday at the Polk County Convention Complex in downtown Des Moines. When Hillary came to Iowa a few weeks ago I could not go, so finally yesterday I saw my first American politician meeting. It was too short. When the audience started to make more and more questions, the meeting was over. Obama´s flyers- Folletos de Obama. Obama in Downtown- Obama en el centro de la ciudad.

At the end of April I was sad because the year at Drake was almost over, then I keep my international experience abroad one more month with a Drake Summer Seminar in China. MAKING A DREAM REAL. My experiences at Drake University and in the United States. Sunday, August 12, 2007. Last Friday it was my graduation from IES Beijing. All the students and the staff members went to a Chinese restaurant to have lunch together. After the lunch we received our diplomas, there were some awards, people talked about their experiences and then time for pictures. In this one all the IES Beijing members: they were really nice and helpful. Next destination: Drake University, Des Moines, Iowa.
