Wednesday, July 8, 2009. They finally started building the house next door to us (to our left if looking. From street), so the noise has begun. It is not terrible at this point, and probably won't be too bad, but that is easy for me to say as I am not trying to broadcast 4 hours a day like my Morgan does every morning. Monday, June 29, 2009. Slow move to new office. So last post I mentioned that I would be using a "virtual office" through my tax software company's servers. Well, on Friday I started the migration. I finished all my work, backed up all the files for all the different accounting products to a separate directory and separate folders on my hard drive, and was ready to go. Tuesday, May 5, 2009. OK, it has been forever. Yes it has. Hope all is well with all of you, your families, and loved ones. My last post was the day after my birthday on March 22nd, so that is over 6 weeks ago. Of course I had the built in excuse of tax season, but that ended 3 weeks ago, so what happened? Are mostly pictures, so his won't take me as long as some of the others. And just to add to all of this, the Carolina Hurricanes. Burt Reynolds' "sidekick", Dom DeLuise passed away. Sunday, February 17, 2008. Simply add small pieces of wood when needed. I replaced the charcoal once as well. With a little practice you'll learn what works for you and how long you need to smoke the cheese to get the flavor you want. I like mine pretty smoky, so I went 2 hours or so on these. Mmmmmm, cheese. I just told my wife that I wanted to try smoking some cheese yesterday. Thanks for sharing your technique. Seems like it would be easier to do in my offset than my BGE.
