Involvement in the Development Process. SLCA seeks to be involved with developers in shaping development projects to benefit both the community and the developer. Two recent South Lexington development projects provide contrasting examples of success in meeting this goal:. Other components of the successful proposal included significant financial commitments to traffic mitigation and conservation of the Hayden Woods town conservation land directly behind the development.

The current owner of the Lexington Ridge apartment development on Waltham Street, was selected through a Massachusetts state bidding process to develop the Metropolitan State Hospital property bordering Belmont at the east end of Concord Avenue. 저희는 파주시 송촌동에 위치해 있습니다. 행정 주소가 바뀌기 전에는 ‘파주시 교하읍 송촌리’로 불리었는데 ‘교하’라는 이름은 한강과 임진강이 만난다고 하여 붙여졌다고 합니다. 과거 행정 명을 통해서도 알 수 있듯이 저희 펜션 앞으로 북한을 조망하며 임진강이 흐르고 있고 그 임진강을 따라 통일의 염원을 담고 있는 자유로가 나 있습니다. 저희는 살림채 펜션을 기획하고 건축할 때 ‘펜션을 짓는다.’는 마음이 아니라 ‘우리나라에서 가장 좋은 한옥을 짓는다.’는 마음으로 하였습니다. 그 의도에 맞게 저희는 대단한 양의 원목과 황토를 사용하여 오랜 기간 건축하였을 뿐만 아니라 그 흔한 벽지를 사용하지 않고 벽면을 백토로 처리하였을 만큼 정성을 들였습니다. 그렇기 때문에 저희 펜션을 방문해 주신 모든 고객들께서는 펜션에서 묵고 갔다고 생각하시기 보다는 대한민국 최고의 친환경 공간에서 묵고 가셨다고 생각해 주시길 바랍니다. 저희 펜션에 찾아오셔서 여행의 즐거움에 감동을 더 하시길 바랍니다.
